June Newsletter
May 31, 2006
If you'd like to read this newsletter in html (pictures! links!) go to: http://www.remarkablecard.com/junenewsletter.html "Picky, Picky, Picky" We've created our first custom card in response to a customer's request. If you're not getting this email in html, you'll have to see it in the new, Custom Card Gallery (it's the only one there). These cards are available in A6 and A7 sizes, digitally printed (small runs) or conventionally printed. Your inside message will be also printed for just pennies more. Best part: "ink on paper" inside and out! Unless you think that personalization (digital only) of each and every card ("Dear John") is way cool, too! Envelope Sale We've already sold tens of thousands! Make sure you get your supply at the unbelievable low price of 4¢ each while supplies last! Liftoff Lemon is sold out! Envelope Minimums Yes, during sale it's $120; No, thereafter, providing order consists solely of envelopes. New Products Check out these framable artcards (postcards) for your clients who want a cultural approach to business communications See all 19 titles at http://www.remarkablecard.com/newproducts.html and click on "Postcards from the Moon." Affordable frames available in the future. Increased Business Some of our customers only offer custom services when the client's message is printed on the inside. Other customers, however, offer "signing and mailing services" using conventional greetings already printed on the card. If you "google" "card sending services", "business greeting cards", and other keyword combinations; you'll gain a better understanding. Experts recommend that birthday and holiday cards are better remembered and appreciated if they don't include a commercial message! Buying Card "Decks" Just to be clear with everyone, we provide each card-sending company samples of half our titles - 51 full sized covers - in a plastic snap case. The second edition and additional half-sets can be purchased for $7.50 plus shipping. Additional snap cases can be purchased for $2. Shortly we will be switching to a new case that will also hold the second edition, when and if purchased. Stay tuned. Go to the contact info page for many ways (phone, fax, email) to order your initial or subsequentset. Approaching a Corporation We've been asked how other card-senders wiggle their way inside a large corporation and, specifically, what department(s) would be interested in their services. See our "TIPS + INFO" section for a new article about what we know and what we were able to find out. This is a "MUST READ"! Our Cards on Your Website Remember to let us know which images you are using and please don't remove the watermark. We are happy to give you permission to use the images providing that you give us proper credit. Mother's Day Idea One of our sons received a "greeting card" mailing from Reed Jewelers just before Mother's Day (flimsy stock, no signature, plain envelope, but it was personalized on the inside) that featured a full-bleed photo on the cover much the same as our Bare Bones. Next year, why not suggest to your retail clients our card #BB038, "Mud Boys" with some variation of our "Mudder's Day" theme, like," Dear Max, Bring in this gift certificate and give her an even happier 'Mudder's Day!'"
That's all folks. Happy sending! home using site bare bones collection custom card gallery new products envelope + postage tips + info sales + specials blab 'n brag contact info login/register newsletters
